My way, my philosophy, my approach to mental training
During my recent
vocational training and work as Pferdewirtschftsfacharbeiterin & riding instructor, I had already learned and test may what constitutes the mental attitude.
of detours I was already using the intellectual imagination, ways of communication, and since riding a high level of stamina required of student learning, motivation was also a big issue.
Over the years, more and more students found their way to me, not quite the "standard" corresponded.
exactly these students demanded all of my creativity and animated me to continuous improvement and finding new solutions, and it is this "difficult" students felt most comfortable with me, and I am with them.
So I decided to find a way to help these children and young people competent, yet everything to bring with them and me to create both a second mainstay in this direction. So I came to mental training.
The changes are significant, in me, in my environment it has become a way of life that very much is simply easier to have the force and just a lot of joy possible. I could compare it with a small snowball that gets bigger and bigger, the more snow it will stick.
My experience in riding allow me to convey all this, the nature horse.
My work with "problem horses" has enabled me to build a very deep relationship with the horse to be able to provide a broad foundation of trust and even horses, which had completely given up, let them find their joy in life again.
Some of these horses are now teaching my horses, they are particularly sensitive and have to be something like quality and obtained leniency for the man. Without horses to want to humanize, as many a horse has crossed my path and impressed me deeply.
Perhaps it was these show horses that taught me how to deal with people to find true values, and mainly to see the positive in comparison.
